Care guide · Human hair
Keep your human hair extensions looking their best.
Gentle care and the right installation method matter as much as the hair you select.
Before washing
Detangle gently from the ends toward the roots while supporting the attachment or weft. Use products recommended for the specific hair processing and attachment material. Avoid aggressive brushing at lace or bonded areas.
Wash without friction
Use lukewarm water and a gentle wash routine. Work downward along the hair instead of scrubbing or twisting strands together. Keep the attachment type in mind: some tapes, bonds and bases require special care.
Dry thoroughly
Press out water gently with a towel rather than rubbing. Allow extensions to dry in a well-ventilated area. Never store hair while damp, and avoid excessive heat close to tapes, bonds or lace bases.
Style and store carefully
Use a moderate amount of heat with a compatible protectant after testing on a small section. Store clean, fully dry clip-in pieces flat or in a protective sleeve; keep wigs and toppers supported according to their construction.
Method-specific reminders
- Clip-ins: remove for sleep and washing where appropriate; do not tug at clips.
- Tape-ins: avoid oily products at the bond area and use professional removal.
- Weft, K-tip, I-tip: maintain according to the stylist's installation schedule.
- Wigs and toppers: protect lace, base materials and attachment points.
Product life depends on grade, processing, use and care; we do not promise a fixed wear duration without product-specific testing.
